Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
05 5. Jobseeker Terms
As a jobseeker using our platform:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume and profile
- You must never pay money to any employer for a job offer
- YogyaRa Jobs is not responsible for the outcome of any job application
- You should verify employer details before sharing personal information
- Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity immediately
06 6. Employer Terms
As an employer posting jobs on our platform:
- All job listings must be genuine and legally valid
- You must not charge any fee from jobseekers
- Job details must accurately reflect the position and company
- You must comply with all applicable labour and employment laws
- YogyaRa Jobs reserves the right to remove any job listing without notice
- Company information and verification documents must be authentic
07 7. Payments & Refunds
For paid services (job postings, featured listings, subscriptions):
- All payments are to be made through our approved payment gateways
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice
- Refunds are provided only for unused services, at our discretion
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is used
- All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
08 8. Intellectual Property
All content on YogyaRa Jobs — including logos, text, graphics, code, and design — is the property of YogyaRa Jobs or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our prior written permission.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
10 10. Disclaimer
YogyaRa Jobs is a platform that connects jobseekers with employers. We do not guarantee:
- That you will find a job through our platform
- That you will find suitable candidates
- The accuracy, reliability, or quality of any job listing
- That our service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. YogyaRa Jobs does not conduct background checks on employers or jobseekers.
11 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YogyaRa Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12 12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms & Conditions
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- We are required to do so by law
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data as per our Privacy Policy.
13 13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
